Medical / Health Insurance
I provide patients with a paper receipt of payment, which can be used to claim back the cost of their treatment fee(s) from their medical insurer. Many health insurance companies cover Osteopathy, but each has it’s own set of requirements, so please check with them that you will be covered and that you can claim back the cost of your treatment fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I reserve the right to charge the full fee for missed appointments or where appointments are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
Please let me know, as soon as possible, if you are unable to make your appointment to enable me to re-schedule. I am usually heavily-booked and have patients waiting for a cancellation - failing to arrive for your appointment may deprive a child who is in need of treatment. Many thanks for your co-operation.

My treatment room is on the 1st floor, there is no lift inside the building. It is best that prams & pushchairs are left in your car and that you carry your baby into the clinic in a sling or baby carrier.
PARKING : free parking on pavement outside OR upto 2-hours free parking at ASDA supermarket next door.
